This house was established to provide an opportunity for
homeless and low-income individuals to achieve stability

Tenant agree to a one-year renewable lease
this can become permanent housing if they choose
Some look at this as a stepping-stone to acquiring a one
or two bedroom accommodation in the future
Tri-CAP also provide four rooms that are available to
non-clients (people from the general community) in
the tri-city area
