bill, or in the case of the UN to determine the final outcome of a certain question, Major issues require
at least a 2/3rds vote so that it is more accepted by the people. The UN is trying to reach a point of
Overall Consensus on issues, so that when passed, they are more strongly supported by everyone.

United Kingdom, and the United States.

Assembly, but are first chosen by Regional groups. Each term for the Non-Permanent members

In my opinion the 10 functions and powers of the Security Council are to:
maintain a state of peace throughout the world,
to investigate a dispute which may lead to trouble ahead,
To Recommend ideas to solve international disputes
To establish a plan to regulate weapons
The actions taken against a threat, or possible threat.
Call upon members to apply “economic sanctions” to avoid the use of force
Allow countries to take action (military) against a threat.
Recommend new members to SC
To exercise trustee functions in Strategic Areas.
Recommend to the Gen Assembly a Secretary General, and, alongside the General Assembly,
Elect Judges in the International Court of Justice.
