UDO Amendment Process Improvements

2. Summary of Amendments
• Tax Certificates
– Required by State law to file a plat for record
– Postpone required submission of them from the time of
application to before the plat is filed.
• Administrative Adjustments
(up to 10% variance)
– Currently only available for zoning and parking dimensions.
– Expand authority to allow for any numeric requirement in UDO.
• Other Administrative Changes
– Staff will track title reports and proof of authority documents
so they can be used by applicants for multiple applications.
