Genesis:
– The 2005 CHOGM in Malta, endorsed the
recommendations of a report prepared by a
Coordinating Committee which resulted in the
creation of Commonwealth Connects.
Purpose:
– Sharing the ICT wealth of the Commonwealth
– Through transfer of knowledge and expertise between
the ICT advanced and ICT-disadvantaged member
states
– Through codifying and sharing good practice,
software and experiences
