Consumer Attitudes Mental position taken toward a topic, person or event that influences the holder’s feelings, perceptions, learning processes and behaviors. Cognitive > Affective > Conative Understanding > Feelings > Behaviors ATTITUDES > PURCHASE DECISIONS
What is the difference between an attitude and a belief?
