INTEGRATION
DCR Workforce’s Smart Track VMS SoŌware has over 40 independent yet inter-dependent modules that encompass the complete lifecycle of
the workforce supply chain management. The component-based, hub-and-spoke architecture, supports business innovaƟon, and ensure the
scalability of the system to the volume of users, suppliers, and transacƟons processed through it. Smart Track offers seamless interfaces in
the form of web service for uplinks as well as import of data into various standards as well as proprietary enterprise applicaƟons.

Smart Track provides an applicaƟon integraƟon interface that delivers complete deployment flexibility, connecƟvity, and reusability. It
offers mulƟple opƟons for integraƟon, including bidirecƟonal connectors and data mapping. The integraƟon architectures allows for different
opƟons for connecƟon, transport, and format, with inbound and outbound data flows as below:




Smart Track provides integraƟon with different ERP applicaƟons, databases, HR applicaƟons, and client custom applicaƟons, with no
requirement to install or change anything at end points or source code

BidirecƟonal Connectors
Smart Track allows data migraƟon either as a publisher or a consumer with opƟons for moving data either to or from the enterprise system

MulƟple Formats for ConnecƟons
Smart Track allows mulƟple transport protocols for data exchange which can be used for different sources and targets, and thus different
funcƟons such as invoices, GL codes, cost centers, payments, Ɵmecards, etc.

Custom Field Mapping
If your system has custom fields and business rules, the Smart Track Custom Field Mapper can be used to map the fields in Smart Track
with the exisƟng fields.

Security
EncrypƟon and decrypƟon algorithms are used in integraƟon for secure data transfer.
