1. Thermal-Flow (Conjugate Heat Transfer) Analysis for electronics Speedometer.
2. The structural performance of a stent. The stent deployment process consists of multiple
stages (e.g. crimping, springback, expansion etc.) which are highly non-linear inducing
material plasticity and load transfer via component contact.
3. Contact Non-linear simulation of packaging bottle to estimate capping forces
4. Dynamic Analysis (Shock Spectrum) of heavy vehicle Chassis.
5. Structural analysis of the Transformer Tank for Pressure, Seismic, Thermal Loads.
6. Blast simulation under the Hull to calculate the shock wave propagation for the occupant
safety.
7. Mould simulation to decide on cavity filling, warpage, gate location, and decision on
parting line.
8. CFD Analysis of Solar Flat Plate Collector
Electronics
1. Thermal analysis of Heat Sink for Forced & Natural convection; to calculate heat sink
Thermal resistance (Rs-a) (C/W) & optimize fins for maximum efficiency, fan location for
better convection.
2. To determine heat sink thermal resistance (Rt-h) values for variation in length and power
dissipation values.
