2: Each student gets 1 hour per day, up to 1 week ahead
3: Study rooms are for Groups, not individual use.

4. Step 1: Register or Login
To Register, you only To Login, you just need your
need 3 things: ID number:
Full name
Email (optional)
Student Affiliation & ID
Number
Reminder:
You need to enter “Pass” in front of your
ID number to create a valid, secure login.
5. Step 2: How long?
Choose the total number of hours:
Remember: for multiple hours, you need more students

If you’d like a specific room, select it to see a photo and
how many people can use it
Note: You can see when a room is available over the
coming week when you choose a room first
7. Step 4: When?
All available rooms: For a specific room:
Choose an open slot to
finalize your reservation
8. Step 5: Finalize & Confirm
Study rooms are for groups – you need to list how
many in your group and list a name for each hour

group members by adding
