wonderful descriptions some
of the Dragonflies have
written. See if you can form a
mental image of the picture
they are describing.

A man is on the phone. A
statue is looking and all of
think the statue is listening.
The man is looking at a
cabinet. He is also looking at
a picture. He has a blue shirt.

4. Will
The man is on the phone. He
was looking at a picture. The
statue is listening to the man
on the phone. The man in the
blue t-shirt is looking at the
picture on the wall. The
statue has got a stick. The
statue had got long hair.

5. Flynn
In the picture I can see a
man on the phone and I think
that he is saying “I don’t want
to work here! So send a taxi
and bring me home so I can
get another job!” There is a
statue listening to him on the
phone. There is a painting on

6. Milla
A man is on his phone and a
statue looks like it is listening
to him on the phone. The
man has a blue top on and it
is weird.

7. Lucy H
The man is in a gallery. His
back is facing you and the
man is on a phone beside a
girl statue that is looking at
you. The girl looks like it’s
looking at you.

There is a picture and there
is a man and he’s got his
phone out. There is a statue
and it looks like it is listening
to the man. But I don’t know
what he is saying.

that looks like it is listening to
the man on the phone. The
man has a blue shirt. It is
frilly.

10. Zara
I can see a man on the
phone and he is talking about
he wants to go home. And
there is a statue. The statue
looks like it is listening to the
man. He is looking at a good
picture. It has a sunrise.
