Job Offer Business Development / Sales Professional
DACH Region
The candidate will be responsible for
• for sales and business development for the Lumina Datamatics GmbH. Will be
responsible for hunting, farming, lead generation, sales research and building
strategy for account penetration
• managing relationships with digital directors, outsourcing departments and
content heads, CIO's and CTO's
• Taking Go-to-market solutions: work closely with the Solutions Leader to build
customized solutions pitches for the target account and driving the revenues and
delivery of these solutions to the account scope
• Pricing decisions: responsibility - in cooperation with pre sales - through
involvement with negotiations and renegotiations of Master Service Agreements
with the clients
• Pre-sales for new business development: work closely with the business unit
head, offshore pre sales team and the sales team to build a market penetration
strategy in the prospect base for the business unit
• Will support offshore pre-sales activities for qualified opportunities
• Participation in events and promotional campaigns
Expected Skillsets
• The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years’ experience in sales of publishing
services & platforms to publishers in DACH region, from an established
organization or with minimum 5 years with publishing industry in DACH region
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project
Management or equivalent. MBA will be preferred
• Candidate will have the capability to provide advisory/thought leadership to
customers in their areas of business and technology
• High client facing, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving
capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and work streams
Location, Reporting, and Remuneration
• Location: Griesheim b. Darmstadt, Germany; home office
• Reporting to the Managing Director of GmbH and executive Director Sales &
Marketing of the company (in India)
• Remuneration-numeration, depending on experience and results
