1. Greetings Pilgrims,
You received the flight information yesterday but I think you ma y need a
little more information in order to arrange your travel.
You will n e e d to get to Crest mont unless as in one case you are meet ing
us along the way. But to be less confusing, as a blanket statement, we
n e e d to see all of you at Crestmont on Monday, February 27, 2012. We
will have lodging available for you at Crestmont, and will enjoy a dinner
together at 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. a nd an orientation meeting right after
dinner.
Please plan to arrive at C res t mont anytime on M ond ay . (No uniforms).
After the study tour, we will arrive at LAX at 10:35 pm on M ond a y March
12. If you want to arrange your own transportation at that point you m a y
do so, but we will have a bus that will take everyone
back to Crestmont. You ma y stay the night at Crestmont if you wish
unless you are in the LA area. The following d a y you are on your own to
make your travel arrangements which m a y n e e d to include a shuttle
service to the airport.
If you are planning to attempt a connecting flight Monday night, you
need to consider that it ma y take us more than 1 hour or even two hours
to get our luggage a nd clear c u s t oms .
