Project Description: The Terminal of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. involved commissioning of 1500 I/O based GE
Fanuc 90-70 PLC. This also involves Gas monitoring System based on Honeywell Safety PLC. Commissioning for metering
system for rail wagon filling and LPG truck filling was also a Part
Description:
 PLC programming, SCADA development
 Interfacing of PLC and SAFETY MANAGER with field instruments like MOVs, ROVs, GMS. 
 Commissioning of flow Control Valves and its PID tuning was also involved
 Different interfaces with fire safety systems like fire engines, deluge valves and MCPs, ESDs are done
 Modbus communication with third party devices through PLC and terminal server 
 SAT completion


 Title: Terminal Automation, HMEL 
Plant Location: HPCL Mittal Corporation Limited, Bhatinda, Punjab
Project Description: The terminal of HPCL Mittal Corporation Ltd. involved commissioning of 1600 I/O based GE Fanuc
90-70 PLC and Honeywell Safety PLC. It involved complex engineering as it containing the biggest rail loading terminal
(both white Oil and LPG) in India
Description:
 PLC programming, SCADA modifications
 Interfacing of PLC and SAFETY MANAGER with field devices like ROVs, GMS, ESDs, MCPs
 Commissioning of rail white oil and LPG Gantry
 Wireless communication of batch controller with PDT (Access control system)


 Title: Terminal Automation, IOCL 
Plant Location: Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Mughalsarai, UP
Project Description: The terminal of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. involved commissioning of 1050 I/O based ML200R
PLC, which was interfaced with VFD, MOVs. It also involved commissioning of metering assembly for TT loading and SAAB
Rosemount radar gauges for product measurement in tanks containing refined petroleum products
Description:
 PLC configuration and programming, SCADA development
 Profibus communication of MOVs through master station
 Modbus communication with third party devices through PLC and terminal server
 Pump and motor operation through VFD and star-delta starter
 Fire engine auto operation according to pressure feedback logic 
 SAT completion

