It is my pleasure to recommend Deborah Caddy, her performance working as a Prior
Authorization Specialist (PAS) for CareSource Behavioral Health Department / Medical
Management, proved that she will be a valuable addition for anyone that is considering
her.
I have known Deborah less than a year and in the time that I have known her she has
shown that she is both very bright and quite motivated. I am confident that she will devote
herself to a position with a high degree of diligence. She is a quick learner and has shown
the ability to digest large volumes of information. Ms. Caddy has demonstrated the ability
to articulate information and ideas in both the verbal and written forms.
Deborah responded well to our training in the few days we had. She was always cheerful
and willing to assist with any task. In addition, she was motivated and interested in
learning. I particularly appreciate Deborah’s willingness to accept new task and took over
cases in our Behavior Health Department / Medical Management, which seems to be ever
changing, along with meeting her deadlines with a 24 hour turnaround time.
Although Deborah will be missed, I recommend Deborah without reservations. I am
