and image processing.

My work as a research assistant focused on the development of a rate control
algorithm for lossy predictive encoding of hyperspectral and multispectral images on board of spacecrafts. The project was funded by the European Space
Research and Technology Centre (ESA-ESTEC). The work led to the publication
