“Many a Slip Twixt Cup & Lip”Old English Proverb Loads of attempts to change fail Often fail at the first hurdle! Often don’t deliver the benefits They stimulate resistance and rejection Ultimately things often return to status quo! ... I won’t bore you with figures but  > 75% of change attempts fail
I’ve a great idea  lets do it! Story – How I Used to Operate Some ideas got accepted! A few ideas achieved good results!  The  Team  Changed, Watered Down Not fully implemented Too Many  Rejected I use to think that the pain of rejection  was the price of being innovative!
