Ask how many attendees now use zipForms or winForms.
Tell them I use Standard Edition.

You will want templates for a variety of transaction types. Include all info that is standard to that type of transaction. Include forms, even if only needed sometimes.
A transaction consists of the forms plus a cover sheet.
The Cover Sheet is 3 pages. Page 1 contains info on the sellers and buyers.
Page 2 contains info on the property and escrow. Page 3 contains broker and service provider info.
Once the Cover Sheet is saved, the data is propagated throughout all the forms for that transaction.
If there is standard text that you use in every transaction of that type, put it in the template. If there are several variables on the text, put them in the clause library. Any text unique to that transaction must be typed.
