About Donalee Rothwell…..
Donalee developed a rewarding and varied career in
pharmaceuticals, beginning her career in a sales
capacity, spending several years in product
management and with the vast majority of her time
being dedicated to sales management. With a career
that included large, medium and small pharmaceutical
firms, one principle was consistent. If you built a team
of strong individuals believing in a common goal,
extraordinary results were possible. With team
members believing in a singular sales strategy, in a
strongly focused manner, the results of the team
became synergistic. Efficiency and optimization were
keys to success. And as we all know, success breeds
success on many levels.
Much of this success was credited to maximizing the
benefits offered by various Customer Relationship
Management (C.R.M.) tools and using those analyses to
continually course correct approaches and sales
behaviours in order to achieve desired targets.
No matter the industry, the benefits of good C.R.M. use
to bottom line sales results are measureable and
distinct. It is my belief and experience that any

graduate, equipped with an M.B.A., and 20 years of
experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
