the stainless steel BH 1 1
/4 to this product family representsan importantexpansion of this productline.
Stainless steel construction, multipleporting optionsand simpledesign makesthis technology compatible

Operation and Construction
The BH 1 1
/4 is generally applied to hoppers with a wall thickness of 1
/16” to 1
/8". TheStainless steel BH 1

/4 can beported in threedifferent ways to direct the already minimal exhaust outsideof a sanitary
environment. A coated piston and boreare standard on thestainless steel vibratorso it remains reliable
even without lubrication.

The BH Family
The BH series of industrial vibrators aredesigned to eliminatebridging, ratholing, and other material flow
issues as bulk material approaches a chokepoint in hoppers, bins and other conical patterns. Likeother

sinusoidal and timed impacting. TheBH family ranges in sizefrom thethreepound BH 1 with a piston one
inch in diameter to theBH 8 which weighs 650 lbs. and has an eight inch piston.
