PM Procedures
Overview
This section lets you identify or associate multiple procedures with a PM Schedule, and to indicate the sequence in
which they should be performed. You can import a task from the PM Task section or you can hand-type your own
procedure.
Note: When a PM is generated and becomes an open PM Work Order, the procedures that are associated with the
PM schedule will be displayed at the bottom of the Work Order detail screen in the Work Procedures section.
Adding a PM Procedure
Click the Add link on the PM Procedure section.
If linking to a PM Task, click the 'folder' icon to the right of the 'Task Description' field to display the list of
tasks in your PM Task File Listing. Select the first procedure that is appropriate to perform on this PM
schedule from you
