CRPRS is the acroymn for Current Research Proposal Review System and is part of the TeamLink (TL) family of modules created to better serve the GSL. Other modules include GEARS (GSL Electronic Active Recruiting System), SHEBAA (System for Handling Electronic Broad Agency Announcements) and GEPRS (GSL Electronic Publication Reveiw System). Developed in 2011, CRPRS was designed to replace the existing Statements of Work (SOW) process with a simpler, more efficient one.

4. Template for New SOW Click on “Download Template” in New SOW tab; this template is a Microsoft Word file that will be filled out for a specific project

6. Viewing SOW From the Dashboard tab, select “View SOW” to see details

7. Editing SOW After selecting “View SOW” in the Dashboard tab, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select “Edit Proposal” to make changes after the SOW has been submitted
