The Esri Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) provides customers with experts to help them define and achieve their GIS goals. The program includes an assigned technical advisor, annual planning sessions, a technical work plan, learning credits, and quarterly technology webcasts. The program helps customers reach their enterprise GIS vision, collaborate with Esri experts, and get advice to maximize their investment in Esri technologies. annual account planning or review meeting facilitated by
your technical advisor and attended by key stakeholders
from Esri and your team. The meeting focuses on
discussion of overall vision, goals, and objectives,
resulting in a technical work plan.

Technical Work Plan: A collaboratively developed
document is designed to drive the program’s
implementation and targeted activities.
Learning and Services Credits: These are used as a
means to address objectives defined in your technical
work plan with focused consulting, training, and premium
support services.
Quarterly Technology Webcasts: Access quarterly
technology webcasts delivered by specialists
representing a broad range of geospatial technology
topics applicable to your business and technical
requirements.
