20 Italian lessons + 6 Italian cooking lessons per week With our Italian cooking courses in Florence, it is possible to learn the preparation techniques for typical dishes in the Tuscan cuisine, and more generally, in that of the whole of Italy. In small groups, the participants will familiarise themselves with delicious Italian recipes, using simple and natural ingredients, according to the genuine traditions. The participants will be provided with all of the appropriate equipment for their development in the lessons, and at the end of the course will receive a certificate of attendance. The cooking classes, with a total of 6 hours of lessons per week (2 lessons of 3 hours), can last either 1 or 2 weeks, provided that there is a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 5 participants per class.
