This document provides instructions for integrating ResearchReady into a Blackboard Learn course using LTI integration. It describes the steps the administrator needs to take to register ResearchReady as an LTI tool provider in Blackboard Learn. It then explains how instructors can add ResearchReady as a web link on their course home pages, entering their group or class information to access ResearchReady features.

When logged in as a Group Admin, access “Manage Groups” from the Admin dropdown menu.

From the Manage Groups page, select LTI from the Actions menu.

On the LTI integration page, select the tab for Blackboard Learn
information. Please note that you can also incorporate LTI by Class
as well as Group.

5. Add LTI to Blackboard Learn
Account Administrator will need to add
Your Blackboard Learn
ResearchReady before educators are able to add it to their courses.
When logged in as an administrator, click on System Admin.

Once on the System Admin Panel, under subsection Building
Blocks, select Building Blocks

On the Building Blocks page, select LTI Tool Providers.

On the LTI Tool Providers page, select Manage Global Properties.

On the Manage Global Properties Page, apply the following settings
under Feature Availability.

Back on the LTI Tool Providers page, please click on Register
Provider Domain.

the Provider Domain Status section.

Blackboard Learn Account
After going through the previous steps, teachers can now add
ResearchReady to their accounts. First, create a new course.

On the Content page, click on Build Content and select Web Link.

On the Web Link page, enter in the tool name and the URL.
