Performed various functions concurrently in this multi-faceted role.
Program Manager for Software Solution and Optimization Team.
Led cross-functional team of IBM Software Group, Procurement and ISV relationship managers with
mission to optimize IBM and ISV software in zSeries and server outsourcing solutions.
Integrated $150M of IBM and ISV software into strategic outsourcing contract. This included ISV
contract negotiations on price and terms resulting in $600M win.
Optimized IBM and ISV software for outsourcing contract by standardizing products, eliminating
unused and redundant software leading to $20M reduction in software cost over 5 years.
Developed and presented 10+ educational sessions on IBM (zSeries and Distributed) and ISV
licensing terms / conditions and strategy, which provided diverse and cutting edge knowledge
base. Audience included sales teams, technical architects, procurement professionals and
financial analysts.
Analyzed design points which included IBM software cost and complex license terms, ISV cost
and license options, terms and conditions for inclusion into outsourcing solutions. Solutions also

Developed overall IT infrastructure strategy that optimized zSeries processing while providing cost-

Acted as engagement focal for integrating 9 corporate data centers into strategic outsourcing
solutions. Managed requests for strategic data centers, which included Raised Floor cost estimates
and responding to related RFP queries.
