INSIGHTS
With the first store I forgot to spend at least 15 min, the true I didn’t t want to be there, I was
deconcentrated trying to remember the questions and resolve the LAB, but when I began to
answer the questions after leave the store, I realized that I must pay attention because, at the
first store I missed things about the store security and the product arrangement and I didn`t
spend 15 min to see customer enter to the store and observe them. Regarding the second
store I paid more attention and spent more time.
Short new ideas about stores:
Having more mirrors to make people see what they look like,
Walking and space to appreciate,
Attention friendly but not suffocating,
Lighted shops called more public attention,
No loud music, music that allows you to talk with seller,
Having easy organization of products that allows quick search of what the customer needs to
save time.

About me:
The most important that I learnt was I realized how much can I perceive and appreciate the
word if I just take time few minutes to observe details, I leant a lot of me especially to be
patience and believe creativities come form world.
