1. I feel my magazine is very fair in its representation of men and woman I have
included images and stories of both men and woman in my magazine to
increase its overall readability and also attracting a larger social group, which
would appeal to both genders as each are equally important in my magazines
portrayal.
When creating my magazine I didn’t put much thought into but I did however
specifically aim it at a more mature audience i.e. 18 onwards of both male and female how had a deeper
appreciated of rock music.
Although I got lots of feedback on what genre I should choose I always had an idea I would choose Rock as
my genre because I have a great passion for rock music and I am very knowledgeable about this kind of
music which worked in my advantage to create the best magazine I possibly could and also enjoy doing it
because it’s a genre that I love.
I found most of my inspiration from the world wide known Q magazine . I found their style of font very
attractive yet professional which intrigued me to create a similar experience with my magazine with its

2. overall style and colour scheme. I thought Q magazine captured rock music in the way I wanted to, better
than most magazines which the main reason I used them for inspiration.
