• Eric Carle was born in 25th of june,1929,in New
York.But he is from Germany.He moved to
Germany in 1930 because his mother was
homesick.His father joined in the German
Army.He suffered in Germany because of
war.Then he returned back to U.S.A in 1952 with
no money.He became graphic designer in
America.In Korean War he joined in the army
,after war he came back to America and became
the art director of an advertising agency.
