2. Every year in Turkey we celebrate Teacher's Day the
24th
of November.

3. For Turkish people, teachers are the most important people
.

4. Teachers day is an ATATÜRK's present for us.

5. Children are giving simple presents for teachers day.

6. ATATÜRK is a man, he is the most important person for
Turkey.

7. We called him the Head Teacher.

8. He made a lot of revolutions.
The founder of the present modern Turkey is ATATÜRK.
Every Turkish people love and respect him.
He was a perfect teacher , he was a perfect solider and
he was a perfect president of Turkey.

9. Now he is sleeping in his Mausoleum Anıtkabir, it is in Ankara,the
capital of Turkey.
He was born in 1881 and he died the 10th
of November 1938, at 9.05
o’clock.
Every year at the same time (November 10th
at 9.05 o’clock) we take
a moment of silence (1 minute of respectful silence).
