  4. e poi avere le persone persenti nella foto che vi chiedono di condividerla.. Uno

  7. Ma come fare? COME SI PUO ’ CONDIVIDERE LA FOTO SOLO CON QUELLE 3 PERSONE CHE ERANO PRESENTI?
  8. Ma come fare? COME SI PUO ’ CONDIVIDERE LA FOTO SOLO CON QUELLE 3 PERSONE CHE ERANO PRESENTI? COME POSSO CREARE IL MIO PRIVATE SPACE per CONDIVIDERE LE FOTO E I RICORDI CON I MIEI TRE AMICI e loro condividerli con me?
  9. oggi posso usare diversi sistemi. come instagram, ma cosi ’ facendo condivido con il mondo, fb ma cmq condivido con piu ’ persone del necessario e magari certe foto non e ’ il caso di condividerle. o in alternativa posso usare sistemi che mi permettono di condividere con determinate persone, ma questi sistemi non sono fatti propriamente per condividere foto.
  10. Non sarebbe bello avere una soluzione per condividere le foto solo con le persone che TU SCEGLI e che SONO REALMENTE INTERESSATE A QUELLA FOTO Per questo abbiamo pensato a KeeKe.. che funziona cosi ’

  14. ora semplicemente si scegliono le persone con cui condividiere
  15. abbiamo analizzato i nostri competitors sotto due punti di vista - la possibilita ’ di selezionare con chi vuoi condividere - e l ’ usabilita ’ in termini di condivisione foto via cellulare. due macro gruppi.. alto sx: ottima usabilita ’ ma scarcsa possibiltia ’ di selezionare persone basso a dx: ottima possibilita ’ di selezionare con chi condividere ma sistemi non creati per condividere foto.
  16. abbiamo analizzato i nostri competitors sotto due punti di vista - la possibilita ’ di selezionare con chi vuoi condividere - e l ’ usabilita ’ in termini di condivisione foto via cellulare. due macro gruppi.. alto sx: ottima usabilita ’ ma scarcsa possibiltia ’ di selezionare persone basso a dx: ottima possibilita ’ di selezionare con chi condividere ma sistemi non creati per condividere foto.
  17. persone vicino a te e che selezioni. tutto questo da la possibilita ’ di condividere solo con le persone che contanto, no overshharing.
  18. prima di tutto c sono 1miliardo di persone che utilizzano lo smartphone. e questo genera un mercato di 11Miliardi di dollari (vendita app e feature) stimato per quest ’ anno con una stima di 25Milardi per il 2015, con una crescita di circa il 30% annuo. Allo stesso tempo, di questi 2 miliardi il 75% usa lo smartphone per fare foto e video, quindi un market potenziale di 1 miliardo di persone.
  19. 700M e ’ la popolazione europea praticamente!
  20. quindi il nostro business model e ’ pensato per colpire entrambi i punti. Per fare massa abbiamo pensato di dare l ’ app free per il primo anno, e di chiedere allo scadere di questo anno un pagamento di 1 euro (dato che e ’ il prezzo che i nostri intervistati pagherebbero) . e dato che il 70% non vuole pagare diamo la possibilta ’ di avere l ’ applicazione grautita a patto che si riescano ad invitare 5 amici nel sisteam.
  21. altre introiti pensiamo di averli dalla vendita di funzionalita ’ , come i flitri.
  22. MassaCritica e ’ il gruppo di amici. quindi deve essere virale tra il gruppo. il business model invoglia questo. Per il resto usiamo FB, G+ Twitter.

Noi cerchiamo 500k Il piano per il primo anno e ’ di sviluppare una prima versione alpha e testarla con feedbacks e risucire ad avere del founding. in caso positivo di proseguire immediatamente per una beta su cui puntiare molto nei feedbacks dagli usare per poi riuscire a poratre avanti il tutto.

C ’ e ’ filippo, che ha lasciato il lavoro per iscriversi all ’ univerista ’ e che si occupa della nostra parte grafica. c ’ e ’ greta che e ’ la ragazza che da i numeri e studiando economia si occupa della parte economica. e poi ci siamo io e jovan che abbiamo di informatica dove adesso stiamo facendo un dottorato e che quindi ci occuperemo dello sviluppo della app.. e soprattutto
