1. Olde Hansa invites you to Estlander, a new restaurant respecting traditional
Estonian cuisine. Estlander is an eating-house offering thoroughly Estonian
food, where local raw produce are genuine and organic, meals are stewed on
live fire, cordial family of servants and “good old Swedish times” atmosphere
fill the stomachs and souls of Estonians as well as guests from strange lands,
with true bliss. In preparing the feasts, kitchen masters are also using the 17th
century novelty crop – the potato
