Permite determinar el balance de Carbono para un proyecto específico (o un escenario
de acción) en comparación con una referencia, debe de considerarse como balance
neto de todas las emisiones de GEI expresadas en equivalente de CO2 (fuentes y
sumideros) con la interface atmosférica y el cambio neto en el almacenamiento de C
(biomasa, suelo…).
