Executive Summary
As an assistant manager at PwC in the Transaction Advisory Services department, I have been able to excel in
advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as the other aspects of the business.
As part of the normal course of knowledge and career progress that one aims to attain, I am now looking to utilise
the experience and skills gained during my career in a more advanced and challenging environment, that allows me
to be part of the different aspects of a deal.
What I would bring to any position includes an excellent understanding of finance and business valuations; the
ability to identify key deal issues and key value drivers, both on buy-side and sell-side transactions, in areas such as,
but are not limited to, operating efficiencies, growth prospects, working capital requirements, and risk factors.

across the UAE and Oman, the following page includes a brief listing of key selected projects, representing
successful deals which I have managed, amongst many others, in which I have been directly involved as an advisor.
Education and Healthcare
 Financial feasibility in connection with completing an expansion project related to an international university
in Jordan. The project involved building a financial model which accommodates the building of various
faculties which commence both the construction and operations at different intervals.
 Post-money valuation of pharmaceuticals manufacturing company, and its subsidiaries, with the purpose of
securing additional financing from existing shareholders required for upgrading and maintaining its existing
facilities. The report highlighted the value gains to shareholders stemming from the additional equity
contribution.
 Buy-side valuation of two schools in Muscat- Oman. The valuation included a scenario for an expansion plan
for one of the schools, focusing on the value of the company both pre and post-transaction.
Real Estate
 Feasibility study for a mixed-use real estate development on a 300,000 square metre plot of land, in relation to
the expansion of Al-Haram in Mekka- KSA. The project involved building a flexible and robust financial model
that accommodates for 100 hotels; 100 serviced apartment buildings; 100 residential buildings; as well as, 100
retail shops, all of which can be either sold, leased or operated by the company.
 Commercial Due Diligence and Feasibility Study of a 500,000 square metre mixed-use development in the
Dead Sea- Jordan. The feasibility study included a highest and best-use analysis; a multi-phase financial
feasibility study of the different components of the project; as well as a residual land valuation of the remaining
plots. Different options were examined in order to derive the highest value-yielding option to the project owner.
Infrastructure
 Business plan for King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh, KSA. The business plan involved constructing
a financial model for the privatisation and expansion of the airport which accommodates multiple complex
scenarios of the privatisation to aid the client in choosing the most appropriate one.
Recreation and fitness
 Sell-side valuation of a chain of gyms in Jordan using the sum of the parts approach. The project involved
building a robust financial model that allows for the valuation of the gyms on a standalone basis and on a
consolidated level. The model also incorporated a scenario where one of the gyms is assumed to undergo an
expansion to accommodate for a higher number of members.
