Executive Summary
As an assistant manager at PwC in the Transaction Advisory Services department, I have been able to excel in
advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as the other aspects of the business.
As part of the normal course of knowledge and career progress that one aims to attain, I am now looking to utilise
the experience and skills gained during my career in a more advanced and challenging environment, that allows me
to be part of the different aspects of a deal.
What I would bring to any position includes an excellent understanding of finance and business valuations; the
ability to identify key deal issues and key value drivers, both on buy-side and sell-side transactions, in areas such as,
but are not limited to, operating efficiencies, growth prospects, working capital requirements, and risk factors.
