1. Trailer: Meeting Planning and
Communication

2. In order to work out some sort of filming schedule we had
create 2 group chat’s one for the production members to
discuss what we need to film and to allocate jobs for different
days of the week as well as a second group chat with all of the
cast members in order to work out who can come to the shoot
and if not then when. We have found this extreme difficult as
we have found cast members being unreliable, however having
a Whatsapp group made this process much easier.
