• Any mode of exercise as long as intense
• 1-3X/week
• 10-20 min/session
• 10-60 second intervals of exertion
• 1:1 to 4:1 ratio rest:work
• 5-15 sets

• As much as possible, at least 2X per week
• Include sports, hobbies, games etc
