Ensure the effective operation of the Office of Academic Affairs; and provide administrative
support such as the organization of meetings and academic events, preparation of background
documentation, drafting of correspondence, travel arrangements, communication and coordination
with staff faculty and students on campus; handle confidential matters for the Vice President as

2. Embassy of China in Côte d’Ivoire, April 2014 to September 2015. Secretary-Assistant to the
Ambassador
Provide a variety of administrative support duties for the Ambassador: manage the Ambassador’s
appointment; write verbal notes; handle highly confidential reports and documents for the
Ambassador; read, sort and forward incoming correspondence to the executive including faxes,
mail and email; prepare and send out the invitations to the Embassy’s events.
Translate various documents (from/to French and English) for the consular service; proofread
