RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
1. International University of Grand-Bassam, March to July 2016. Special Assistant to the
Vice President for Academic Affairs (interim)
 Ensure the effective operation of the Office of Academic Affairs; and provide administrative
support such as the organization of meetings and academic events, preparation of background
documentation, drafting of correspondence, travel arrangements, communication and coordination
with staff faculty and students on campus; handle confidential matters for the Vice President as
needed, including direct and frequent interactions with Academic Deans and Directors; translate
(from/to English and French) and review document
 Ensure the smooth operation of the President’s Office in Grand-Bassam: receive visitors, mail and
make restaurant reservations. Organize meetings on campus.
2. Embassy of China in Côte d’Ivoire, April 2014 to September 2015. Secretary-Assistant to the
Ambassador
 Provide a variety of administrative support duties for the Ambassador: manage the Ambassador’s
appointment; write verbal notes; handle highly confidential reports and documents for the
Ambassador; read, sort and forward incoming correspondence to the executive including faxes,
mail and email; prepare and send out the invitations to the Embassy’s events.
 Translate various documents (from/to French and English) for the consular service; proofread
documents before they are sent out and manage various orders and bookings.
 Receive scholarship documents and advise students on how to fill application forms
 Manage the Embassy’s switchboard
3. Côte d’Ivoire-Korean Farm (CK FARM) San-Pedro (Coffee & Cocoa trading company), October
to December 2013. Secretary-Assistant to the Managerial staff
Manage the CEO’s diary; manage incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence; organize meetings
and business trips; take notes during meetings and ensure all reports meet deadline requirements.
4. MATMED Côte d’Ivoire, May 2012 to January 2013. Commercial Secretary (interim)
Manage phone calls, customer files and other records; translate various documents and conversations
(from/to French and English), provide support to customers to ensure satisfaction; and prepare invoices
and order forms.
5. Société Ivoirienne de Banque, May 2010 to February 2011. Commercial officer (internship)
Receive and guide Customers, sold the bank’s products, advised customers on subscription to services
and prepare deposit slips.
