This document discusses ESA's efforts to build a SpaceTech entrepreneurship ecosystem in Europe. It outlines the various programs and resources ESA provides, including a broker network of over 150 business incubators and accelerators across 50 countries, investment training, business incubation centers that help launch over 130 new startups per year, and ESA's portfolio of over 150 inventions covered by 450 patents that have led to over 400 successful tech transfers. The goal is to help new space technology startups get off the ground and connect them with funding and resources to grow.
