What is the purpose of a team leader?A: The purpose of a team leader is to keep the group focused and on check while doing whatever activities you have been instructed to do. 6. What is the one of the reasons that team members do not contribute ideas?A: Because they may not feel ready to share their ideas, because they are not entirely comfortable to express it.

5. Discussion Questions 3. What happens if a member of a team doesn’t fulfill his or her tasks? How can this be avoided?A: If a member of the team doesn’t fulfill his or her tasks the consequences of that will be the group will not be ready, even if other members have done their part which isn’t responsible or fair to do, to your group. This can be avoided by making sure the Group leader reminds the members constantly to stay on track of their assigned tasks that they were given, and helping where it’s needed.
