Mechanics, Artificial Intelligence Algorithms and Control.
 Feb 2007/Nov 2009 : Robotics Engineer employed full time at Hemisphere GPS
➢ Developed entire solution of a guidance system for lateral irrigation (600 meter span
achieving 2cm accuracy) using one GPS Antenna + RTK Base with unique controller system
➢ Developed entire solution for a 6 axis Inertial Navigation system using rabbit DSP Micro-
controller.
➢ Developed entire Dead Reckoning solution for UAV tractor and buggy using DMU Wheel speed
and Wheel angle sensors
➢ Worked in team setting on a LADAR solution for UAV Mining Drill Rig
➢ Worked individually on a vectorial GPS System for tractor guidance
➢ Worked in team setting on PID and LQR Controller for tractor guidance in both straight and
curved trajectories
➢ Completed and applied several system models for track and steering wheel vehicles with
either differential or fixed axis, forward or backward propulsion systems, as well as attached
implements, e.g. trailer, plough.
➢ Extensive use of Kalman and Particle Filters to automatically merge different sensor types,
depending on their usage or availability
➢ Installation of various hydraulic valves, both unit and controller, for tractor automation.

➢ Supervised a 2 month Internship which developed a steering override Solution.
