1. Share best OER practices with colleagues and
experts around the world.
2. To support the research in OER by young
researchers that engage in a PhD trajectory.
This will widen the knowledge base on OER and
at the same time will result in larger numbers of
OER experts on a global scale. Through the
membership of GO-GN the experts will develop
strong ties that will help them in their work.
