This document provides an overview of integrated reporting and the relationship between the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). It summarizes the developments in integrated reporting and GRI's G4 guidelines from 2011 to 2013, including feedback received on discussion papers and plans for future consultation and framework releases.
