3. Sign in with your username and password, if you need your credentials please contact your RFM

4. When you log in you should automatically be directed to your blog

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, in the lower left hand corner you should see this:

6. Click on Add Item

7. A screen that looks like this will appear

8. Type your Blog Title in the Article Title Field.

9. Click on Edit article summary (Under Article Summary/Description), copy and paste or write your blog introduction here, then press the save button

10. Click on Edit Full Description (Under Full Article), copy and paste or write your blog in this field it should look like this

11. You are going to want to add 3-4 hyperlinks in your blog. A hyperlink is when you can click on a word in your blog and be directed to the page on your Virtual Insurance where someone can fill out a quote request form.

12. Look at your blog and select the first term you want to hyperlink, then open a new internet browsing window, and pull up your site. Go to the page that you would like the hyperlink to lead to and copy the web address.

13. Go back to your blog and highlight the word or phrase you want to hyperlink and then click on the hyperlink manager, highlighted below (the globe with chains)

14. Delete the http: in the box, it may be pasted in causing too many http:

15. In the URL box paste the URL you copied from your site.

16. Click ok

17. Repeat this 3-4 times throughout your blog

18. Click save.

19. In the bottom left hand corner click publish article. You have posted your first blog!
