2. The origin history of
the lyceum comes
from Greece, then
from Russia, Tsarskoye
Selo, where studied
the greatest poet of
Russia and the
founder of the modern
Russian literature. So
our lyceum is fully
concerned with
Alexander
Sergeyevich Pushkin.

3. Our school principal is Leonid Georgiyevich,
an IT teacher

4. Our so-called
‘first-formers’ are new students
which start their new school life
on coming in the seventh form.
We have a ceremony of
dedicating them to real lyceum
students. The ceremony comes
from Greece, which’s become
an annual tradition. The main
characters who dedicate
students are Apollo, Greek God
of knowledge (it’s our
principal), and his muses(10-
year students).

5. There are 3 main
profiles of studying:
1)Physics and maths
2)Languages and
humanities
3) Chemistry and
biology, as natural
sciences.
The differentiation
system helps students
to choose their further
future job.

7. Between lessons we have
special breaks, where students
improve their health instead of
waiting for the next lesson.
You can dance, do
gymnastics, or take part
in small sport contests.
That’s good for our
digestion, as we mainly
eat cold fast food.

competitions. That’s why
she’s got a nickname:
“The first racket”!
