This message was presented during our Friends and Family day. We had many visitors present and this lesson was to encourage those who did not have a church family.

3. You are a Genuine Believer The Church is a Family: The household of God. (Ephesians 2.19) The household of faith. (Galatians 6.10) Brethren – used 15 times in the book of James.

4. Moves You Out of Isolation Four in ten people have frequent feelings of loneliness. The Spiritual Family Relationship: “And if one member…” (1 Corinthians 12.26) Encouragement is found in your spiritual family. (Hebrews 3.13)

5. Gives You Strength Ephesians 4.16 The strength to continue. (Galatians 6.1) Spiritual protection under godly leaders. (Acts 20.28-30)

6. Your Relationship The Body of Christ Needs You You Will Share the Message

7. The Body Needs You You are a vital part of the body. Each member supports the body: “If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together.” (1 Corinthians 12:26)

8. Sharing the Message You share the message when you walk in good works. (Ephesians 2.10) Make your light shine. (Matthew 5.14-16)
