The LookAhead solution framework starts with being able to
collect secondary / tertiary sales data from any type of
system and transferring that data over the internet to a
central server.
This data is used by a sales forecasting system to generate a
forecast and also optimize promotions and schemes.
The demand is fed into a network optimization tool, that can
either strategically build the supply chain or tactically source
at the most optimum cost.
These optimized sourcing rules are used to generate the
MPS/MRP and production plan.
Finally the route optimized dispatch plan is created.
To enable decision making, analytics and dashboards are
available either for S&OP review or executive review.
