Participants reflect on organizational history, existing programs, readiness for change and the reasonable next steps. Peers bring diverse experiences to the table to inform and challenge one another (local to national groups, women’s only, men’s only & mixed groups, ranges in size, experience, area of expertise and focus)Peer learning workshops provide a safe space which allows participants to think, plan and to get supportive feedback from facilitators and peer organizations.Peer group brings a sense of accountability. Gender at Work facilitators bring experience, relevant ideas, supportive ear to the on-going process of implementing the plansApproximately 8 months between peer learning sessions.
