Peers bring diverse experiences to the table to inform and challenge one another (local to national groups, women’s only, men’s only & mixed groups, ranges in size, experience, area of expertise and focus)Peer learning workshops provide a safe space which allows participants to think, plan and to get supportive feedback from facilitators and peer organizations.Peer group brings a sense of accountability. Gender at Work facilitators bring experience, relevant ideas, supportive ear to the on-going process of implementing the plansApproximately 8 months between peer learning sessions.
