 Controlled on-boarding processes for new employees, trained staff on selling techniques (up selling, add-
ons, etc).
 Assisted Owner and Management to create new marketing opportunities.
 Helped BOH to establish and implement new dishes/drinks/offers to increase sales and develop new
business relationships with companies in the area.
 Established quotas and new commission opportunities for staff to increase sales
• MANAGER OF CRM DEPARTMENT, 10/2009 - 11/2014
LifeWatch-USA. – Lynbrook, NY
Hired to oversee fulfillment process, took initiative to learn ins and outs of company database and rapidly
became key go-to person for all changes, adaptations, and modifications. Received numerous promotions
and held leadership positions in several departments within company. Created, established and molded
entirely new department according to company’s needs, resulting in department becoming a pivital and critical
part of the company’s infrastructure. Responsible for performing daily system checks, monitoring data for
accuracy, liaising with end users and 3rd parties, managing team of 5 employees and ensuring functionality
and “up time” of CRM.
 Conceptualized, engineered, and directed process of automatic generation of commission payouts for
sales agents and 3rd
party dealers through CRM, saving the company 28 hours of labor per week.
 Spear-headed Customer Recurring Automatic Bill Pay through CRM, which decreased payroll hours by
30%.
 Developed and managed processor integration with CRM to accept real-time transactions from multiple
sales agents, helping both ends to have an immediate response on the status of the transaction.
 Created and instituted multiple processes and interdepartmental strategies to facilitate speed and
accuracy by increasing communication between departments using request documentation and timeline
guidelines in order to create, modify, and streamline processes as needed.
 Designed customer database template, and implemented for various entities, allowing multiple companies
to have more accurate assessment of their finances and operations, and the ability to consider options to
acquire new business.
 Prepared and submitted specialized reports in MS Excel to Executives including daily/weekly/monthly
sales and analysis, retention and attrition, AR/collections, and ad hoc reports. These reports were the
basis for forecasting sales and product manufacturing.
 Engineered departmental processes to handle increased sales and facilitate the production of reports for
management and thousands of dealers, this provided fast and accurate data while cutting payroll 11%.
 Responsible for continued analysis of product market behavior in order to predict and anticipate cash flow
and inventory needs, which assisted Executives in deciding whether or not to enter an agreement,
undertake a project or purchase accounts/portfolios.
