En lo personal me consta que agricultores (en lo general, de caña de azucar) empiezan a
proporcionar cantidades importantes de material llamado “Cachaza” mismo que según
entiendo, éste es una forma de residuo del procesamiento industrial de la caña de azucar.
Ahora, en otra variente de este mismo asunto es que se utiliza para la mismo finalidad otra
variente de material llamado “Ceniza (‘algo como Ceniza de Cachaza)”. La cuestión es que se
es tan señalado el énfasis en esta “tarea” que incluso esas tierras muestran los suficientes
bultos de los referidos materiales como para cubrir los terrenos por completo.
¿CUAL ES EL PROBLEMA, ENTONCES?. La respuesta está en una duda de mi persona sobre la
supuesta bondad de esto para los terrenos así afectados. Siguiendo en esta especulación, …

¡¿Por qué habría de tener yo posibilidades de que mis dudas sobre lo señalado resulten
ciertas?¡.
En otras palabras de que lo revelado repercuta en daño ecológico sobre el terreno y sus
futuras cosechas.
Bien, esta creación de mi interrogante nace de mi supuesto conocimiento de que los suelos
poseen una determinada QUIMICA, misma que es diversa entre diversos terrenos. ES decir,
los terrenos suelen tener una química muy específica que los distingue de los demás (más o
menos, como de los de otras regiones). Por supuesto, no está por demás señalar otro factor
sumamente importante: la cuestión meteorológica.
Bien, yo soy Informático, y tengo título y cédula profesional en la Maestría en Ciencias de la
Computación, egresado del Instituto Tecnológico de Orizaba, Veracruz, México. De tal forma
que, NO ME COMPETE, EN NINGÚN MOMENTO OTORGARME CONOCIMIENTOS DE PESO EN
CUESTIONES DE QUÍMICA.
Bien, dicho lo anterior y dado mi PENSAMIENTO CRÍTICO, ahora le presentaré a continuación
un fragmento del texto denominado:

Creado nada menos que por VOA Learning English. Con lo que, de este documento le
presento el siguiente fragmento. Ahora, documento de cuyos conocimientos yo fortalezco
mi entendimiento de que los terrenos efectivamente sì poseen una QUIMICA particular que
les pertenece, (por supuesto, sin con ello, pretender ignorar el otro factor importante que es
el meteorológico).

«Quinoa.
When a grain becomes popular worldwide, there are two main effects. Farmers who
grow the grain earn more in profits. And people who use it for food pay more.
Quinoa, a grain native to South America, has become popular in many areas in recent
years. In fact, the United Nations’ General Assembly approved a declaration making
2013, ‘The International Year of the Quinoa’.
Quinoa is a traditional food crop in the Andes Mountains. The plant grows in an area
near Lake Titicaca, along the border of Peru and Bolivia. Historical evidence shows
that local people were growing quinoa as far back as five thousand to seven thousand
years ago. During this period, they used both the seeds and leaves of this wild plant.
There are many kinds of quinoa. The plant can be grown in different climates. And it
does not require a lot of water. Both the seeds and leaves can be used as food. The
seed is the most commonly used part.
Quinoa can be ground into flour or cooked whole. It is used in cereals, drinks and
fresh salads. It can also be mixed with vegetables or beans for a full meal. The leaves
and stems can also be used for medicinal purposes. Some people use them to reduce
pain, heal wounds and even keep insects away.
Quinoa is full of amino acids and minerals. Amino acids are organic compounds that
form protein. The body needs them to help break down food, and to grow and repair
tissue.
The UN Food and Agriculture Organization believes that quinoa can be used to fight
hunger and feed a growing world population. The reason is the high value of protein
provided by quinoa. The crop has also become popular among those seeking
healthier ways to eat. The center of the seed contains up to 45 percent protein.
Quinoa is currently grown in more than 70 countries. Peru and Bolivia together
produce 92 percent of the crop. The rest comes mainly from the United States,
Ecuador, Canada and Argentina.

Starting about 10 years ago, the popularity of Quinoa caused its price to rise quickly.
Many Bolivian farmers have gained from this increase by earning more. They have
been able to buy vehicles and other goods with the increased profits.
However, other Bolivians have had to give up their main food because it costs too
much. Instead they are buying and cooking with other foods that are not as rich in
healthy minerals and proteins ».

Know the Project: Books of English, from English 1 to 5, for all
the CBTIS of the United Mexican States.
«I formulated a project for the CBTIS (Technological Industrial and of Services Center of
Bachelor Degree) 107 of Tuxtepec, Oax., México consisting in giving to the Library of this
Institution with five volumes of English language, of my authorship. A book for each
semester, from the first English book to fifth English book (according to the plan of studies in
this regard of the CBTIS). At no cost to the Institution, because this is a donation (in the staff,
I solve my expenses of the project with income of my employment as a professor that I would
be in this CBTIS).
One of the major advantages of this project is to solve the need of the student of spending in
books of English language because the books will be at your complete disposal into the
student community in the Library of the institution.
Afterward, in an immediate subsequent phase of this project is that among the student
community of this CBTIS and all the CBTIS of the United Mexican States will have these 5
volumes of English language by means of a page Google; read it, neither cost nor restriction
to obtain them.
Well, as a last note, I must say that these books will have the format of 'workbook'. This, as
an intelligent work with foundations and then their respective exercises to resolve, into a
concurrent process».
