MicroGold Ltd is a young and dynamic company established by a group of engineers with
extensive experience in the development, integration and marketing of technology–
intensive products.
The company has developed a unique adaptation of a
technology, currently used in the field of micro-
electronics, for the imprinting of miniature pictures or
texts in 24 karat gold on any smooth surface such as
glass or stone in an outstanding resolution.
Our objective is to bring our knowledge and experience in the field of engineering to the
creation of artistic objects and accessories for the home and personal wear. We
specialize in the application of our innovative technology for gold imprinting to the field of
design of decorative objects in general and jewelry in particular. This technology breaks
through barriers that previously limited the use of gold and enables a wide range of

The Technology
The technology that is the foundation of MicroGold's
manufacturing process is a combination of PVD to create
a thin layer of gold and photolithography to remove the
gold and create detailed golden images on stone or
other materials.
MicroGold introduces a breakthrough solution, offering the market the following
advantages:
Innovation: An innovative procedure that applies micron thin metal coating to stones,
glass or any other polished surface.
Long-Term Durability: The atom of the stamped metal fuses with the stone molecule,
producing a “coating” that withstands the damaging effects of time. This coating achieves
the same rigidity level as the stone. Consequently, like a stone, it can be scrubbed
without being damaged by chemical substances found in perfumes, household cleaning
agents and laundry detergents, or through body contact.
High Definition: Maximum stamping precision supports sophisticated graphics at a
resolution that is unprecedented in the jewelry industry. This enables the design of
miniature graphics or minute calligraphy that are only visible through a magnifying glass.
Correct use of this technique provides each design with enormous added value. It is
recommended that every design include two elements – the larger central motif that is
visible from a distance, and minute elements or texts that conceptually complement the
primary motif and are only visible when viewed through a magnifying glass.
