3 Major Mass Building Exercises - Get Huge with Only These 3 Exercises
Got to any gym and you'll find the majority of guys in there working away on one muscle group after the
other in pursuit of building muscle mass. They run from the back machine to the curl machine, to the
barbell machine for some shoulder presses, etc. These guys don't miss anything. The problem is they're
missing everything!
Call me old school, but there are only 3 basic mass building exercises that you should be concentrating
on. Yes, just three. In fact, you can do only these 3 exercises and you will gain more muscle mass and
get stronger than those guys in the gym playing hot potato with the exercise equipment.
What are these 3 exercises?
Squats
Bench Presses
Bent Rows
The above three are all you need. Let's go over each one in a little more detail
Squats - this exercise will work your entire leg muscles. Better yet, it does such a good job of hammering your system that it forces your whole body to grow.
Yes, if all you did was squats you would still find your upper body getting stronger and bigger as a result.
Bench Presses - this exercise is known to hit the chest, but it actually does a whole lot more. It hits the shoulders, triceps and increases core strength as a
result of your body balancing the weight.
Bent Rows - this exercise will also force your entire body to grow - not just the back. You will hit the upper back, lower back, biceps, forearms and rear shoulder
muscles.
The above are all power exercises. Just doing these exercises on a consistent basis (once or twice a week) will get you stronger and more massive than worrying
about working every machine that sits on your gym's floor.

I need some with these questions?
1. for a lawn tractor which cut width would you recommend for these situations…. An area less than 2 acres….. An area 2 1/2 and 3 acres
2. what type of mowing equipment would you recommend for each of these situations… customer wants to be able to mow easily around lawn ornaments, a swing set, and
landscaping shrubs….. customer wants to be able to mow and tow a garden cart or sweeper attachment
3.you are helping a customer who is trying to decide between a push mower and a self-propelled mower what can you say about each mower to help the customer make the
right choice
4.if customers ask about the benefits of gas vs.electric vs.battery operated chain saws trimmers and blowers what might you say
5.what is the difference between a two cycle engine and a four cycle engine
there are a lot more questions if anyone knows these questions please answer cause i need help with a lot of the questions thank you

Lawn edgers vs trimmers?
I recently bought a home that sat for 15 years and needless to say the lawn is in need of some maintenance. I want to get an edger and clean up the sidewalks and
3. driveways, but am having a hard time. We have several trees and a fence that runs along the backyard. I don’t know whether I should get a Black & Decker 11-Amp 7.5″
Electric Edger, or if I should just get a trimmer. I know the edger will lay a defined line by the sidewalks and driveways but I don’t think I can use it to trim around the trees,
poles, and fence. Do they make a tool that does both edging and trimming and works well that isn’t real expensive. Whats my best option. Thanks in advance.

Your best bet might be a gasoline powered tool that offers optional attachments for the varied chores you will encounter. For instance if you buy the edger you can also
buy the string trimmer attachment, a hedge trimming attachment, etc. There are a variety of manufacturers who offer these types of tools with most being of the two cycle
variety (oil & gas mix) but an increasing number are being offered with four cycle engines (separate oil & gas). Until recently I have used a B & D edger – for many years –
but it might not be suitable for you. Other than the irritation of an electric cord it might not cut as deeply as you need. But if you go the electric route you will find a wide
selection of tools that are somewhat equal to most tasks performed by gasoline powered tools and that would include edging, weed trimming, hedge trimming,blowers
and even lawnmowers. I have a rather large yard and because of their light weight, with the exception of the lawnmower, I use electric driven equipment. Electric
equipment is a pain to use but I’m less tired when I finish so it’s a trade-off. If I were you I would visit both Lowes and Home Depot (or similar retail outlets) to check out
the many options you have available to you. Stay away from battery powered lawn equipment. They are getting better but still don’t offer enough working time to do most
jobs.

Do electric cars already exist and are they in use?
Do we believe media specials that say that big Oil bought and shelved the concept?
We also have electric golf cart, electric lawn mowers, electric grass trimmers but people use gas for convenience.

It’s a crazy conspiracy theory. Pure electric cars just don’t work. They suck, no one shelved the design because of greedy big oil, electrics just don’t have the balls to get
the job done on American highways. Gas/electric hybrids work great though.

Why can’t they make gas lawn trimmers that just allows a key-turn start?
We can do it with cars, and electric lawn trimmers with the push of a button, so why is it that the manufacturers insist on having the string pulling mechanism to start the
trimmer?

I think that the weight penalty of having to have a battery and a starter motor would outweigh the benefits. If your gas powered tool is in good tune and you understand the
proper starting procedure it should only take a few pulls to start the thing anyway.
most of us don’t take the proper care when putting the tool away after we’re done which can quite often make them difficult to start the next time we need to use them. I
know this sounds totally crazy, but, read the part in the owners manual that tells about care and storage. peace & good luck.

Are electric lawn trimmers dependable?
I have continuous trouble with excessive line breakage and dispensing. Also the rows of lines stick together.

what is the question do you have an electric trimmer?
And trouble with line breakage and feed problems at moment.
if you want to change to an electric model don’t as apart from gutless and inconvenient line is thinner and so more lightly to snap etc.
the bump feed type heads good for a start then problems.
have to know what you are doing when winding on line evenly so don’t stick and jam up.
i have used non standard heads for more than 20 years you just cut a piece of line about 18 inches long and insert in head and use.but on a brush cutter
can use thicker line also usage plays big part in snapping line against mesh fence like i have to keep pets out of garden beds in rear yard easy to snap line if wasn’t for
that just wears down not snapping the tip of line is only part to contact the ground trimming the grass breakage happens when misjudge where line hits ground lots
practice makes Perfect
