1. Discuss (around the table) innovations in your own organization
2. Discuss (around the table) which quadrant you would place them in
and why
3. Write one, two or three key words on the ‘sticky note’ and place
them in the ‘right’ place on your landscape illustration.

The first edition of the book was published on October 26, 1994 by HarperBusiness.
